This fund was established in loving memory of Brian John Davis

Brian passed peacefully at home surrounded by family on February 20th, 2017.

Brian was a respected career diplomat. His tenure as a Senior officer with Canada’s Department of Employment and Immigration culminated with the great honour of being asked to represent our wonderful country as the Ambassador to Syria from 2003 to 2006, where he served with distinction.

Beloved husband and best friend of 45 years to Beverley Davis (nee Roche) of Toronto, Ontario. Loving father of Kelly McConnell (Jeff) and Jennifer Schram (Peter) and dear ‘Babba’ of grandsons Liam and Noah McConnell. Survived by his mother, Drusilla Davis (Hewitt) and predeceased by his father, Brian E. Davis of Quebec City. Sadly missed by sisters Gail, Linda, Drusilla, and Sandra, brothers Gary and John, and 27 nieces and nephews.

The Brian Davis Memorial Fund will support local brain cancer research.
