Gentle Yoga
Accessible yoga blending movement, breathwork, and meditation to enhance flexibility, strength, and relaxation. This class is adaptable to your needs: sitting, standing or lying down.
Power Circuit: Strength & Endurance
This circuit-style class uses Tabata training to build strength, stamina, and cardiovascular health. Open to those affected by cancer and their caregivers, it offers a supportive space to improve strength, mobility, and endurance at your own pace.
Qigong
This traditional Chinese practice focuses on deep breathing, gentle stretches, and mindfulness to promote relaxation and a healing state. Suitable for all abilities.
Yoga Flow
This supportive class incorporates mindfulness and breathwork to reduce stress and promote relaxation. With adaptable poses and provided props, participants of all fitness levels can improve strength, flexibility, and overall well-being while practicing seated, standing, or in a chair.
Strength + Stretch
An inclusive class combining strength exercises and gentle stretching for all fitness levels, prioritizing safety and personal comfort.
Chair Zumba
Ready to move and groove? Discover the fun and easy way to stay active with Chair Zumba – a seated dance workout that boosts your health and lifts your spirit!
