Are you a caregiver for a loved one with cancer? Are you feeling afraid? Exhausted? Sad? Angry or lonely? You are not alone.
This one day workshop will provide caregivers with the opportunity to identify and understand their own needs during the stressful experience of caring for a loved one who has cancer.
During the workshop you will:
- connect with other caregivers experiencing similar challenges and “take time to breathe”
- explore tools and strategies to help you be a more confident caregiver and improve your own health
- develop a personalized plan to help you feel more empowered
- set up a one-on-one follow up appointment with a Cancer Coach to review the progress on your plan
Includes light snacks and lunch.
