Blooming Expressions: Art with Dried Flowers & Watercolours
An enriching and unique art therapy experience combining dried flowers and watercolour painting offered monthly. Materials are provided for these survivor-led sessions.

This peer-led group invites participants to explore various needlecraft techniques like knitting, crochet, and embroidery while fostering connections with others who understand the cancer journey.
Breast Cancer Support Group
A monthly peer-led support group for women facing or recovering from breast cancer. This safe space fosters connection, sharing, and understanding through open discussions about diagnosis, treatment, and life afterward.
Prostate Cancer Support Ottawa
A monthly volunteer-led group offering support and resources to men recently diagnosed with prostate cancer, as well as those living with recurrent cancer.
