A 4-week program for individuals newly diagnosed, in treatment, or recovering. This program offers guidance on medical communication, mental health, nutrition, and personal wellness to navigate the cancer journey with confidence.

Calm Spaces: Mindfulness
Art Therapy

Experience monthly mindfulness art therapy sessions with art therapist Linnea, where guided themes and creative freedom combine to nurture relaxation and self-expression.

A weekly practice helping participants find a sense of relaxation, presence and peace they can return to in difficult times. No meditation experience needed.

Experience deep relaxation and stress relief through the soothing tones of singing bowls.

Available both in-person and virtually, our experienced Cancer System Navigators will connect you with a free therapist who can provide essential support throughout your journey. This service is available in English and French, and is offered to those who are uninsured or underinsured.

A guided practice that blends breath techniques and body awareness to release trauma, build resilience, and foster emotional healing. Modifications are available for specific health conditions.

A free group session for women, focusing on skincare, wigs, and breast forms. Expert guidance and community support help participants feel like themselves again during and after cancer treatment.
