A free martial arts therapy program for children and teens 3+, including siblings, offering techniques like meditation, breathing, and visualization to help manage pain, reduce fear, and empower participants in their healing journey.

Children & Youth Music Therapy

This workshop uses music to help kids express their emotions and find joy in a fun, supportive environment, fostering creativity and building emotional resilience through interactive musical activities. For children and adolescents aged 6-12who have been touched by cancer, either personally or through a loved one.

CLIMB

Designed for children aged 6–11 with a parent or loved one facing cancer, this program uses art and conversation in group sessions to help kids express emotions, manage stress, and build resilience while improving communication with their families.
