 Your 4-Week Journey

A 4-week program for individuals newly diagnosed, in treatment, or recovering. This program offers guidance on medical communication, mental health, nutrition, and personal wellness to navigate the cancer journey with confidence.

Calm Spaces: Mindfulness Art Therapy

Experience monthly mindfulness art therapy sessions with art therapist Linnea, where guided themes and creative freedom combine to nurture relaxation and self-expression.

Counselling


Subsidized counselling is available, in English and French, with a psychotherapist, to support your mental health throughout your experience with cancer. This program is designed for those who are uninsured, underinsured, and meet the additional financial need eligibility requirements, as assessed by a Cancer System Navigator.
