They offer support in navigating specific cancer resources, health advocacy, transportation, counselling, peer support groups, palliative care, bereavement care, and other supportive cancer care programs.
How will a Cancer System Navigator connect with me?
Navigators can reach out via email, phone, virtually, or in person. After you request support, a navigator will contact you as soon as possible.
In what languages is this service available?
Navigation is offered in English and French, with access to over 150 languages through Ottawa Language Interpretation Services.
