Yoga discovery is an 8 week program where you will learn how to use simple yoga postures, breathing, and relaxation techniques to reduce stress, control emotions, and help strengthen and promote healing and wellness.
The program focuses on 3 areas: developing strength and flexibility, developing new and better breathing habits, and reducing stress and anxiety by tapping into the body’s natural relaxation response.
Unlike other instructor lead yoga classes, this program is designed to help you develop your own yoga practice that you can do at home.
