New multi-faith prayer room to open at Maplesoft Centre (Article)

Ted Raymond, CFRA: A new multi-faith and meditation suite will be opening at the Maplesoft Centre Tuesday. The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation says the room will serve as a place of quiet reflection and prayer for cancer patients and their families.

It will officially open after a brief ceremony at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday. The room will be available to all Cancer Coaching clients, and their family members and caregivers registered with the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation.

The room designation is part of a two-year grant supported by the Ontario Trillium Foundation.
