When charity-minded Bruno Racine sought to fill the void after the cancellation of Ottawa Fashion Week after 11 seasons, the co-owner of the Loft Urban Salon put out the call to friends and family that he was determined to stage a fantastical event to blow the socks off of the capital’s gala-going crowd.
